Cheryl’s story!
As some of you may already know, one of our own messengers recently suffered a devastating loss for the family. Cheryl’s family restaurant burned down. The family owned business was their sole income & without it they are in desperate need of assistance. Cheryl’s 5 year old son, Jordan, is in a wheelchair and about to start kindergarten in 2 weeks and he is in need of school clothes in a boys size 7/8.
The family is currently facing eviction and the bills are piling up. They have just caught up on their electric bill, but the cable/phone bill will be coming up on the 21st of August & the propane bill is coming soon too.
We are asking for you all to take a couple dollars, whatever you can spare, to group together and show that Messengers mean business. That we are a family of believers. That we can support and love our own and that, just as Colton has impacted us, we can turn around and impact others. If 100 of you donated $5 or even $10, we could make a huge impact on this family. There are 1000’s of messengers out there, please think about doing what you can, again even if it just be a couple of bucks. Paypal is a safe site and no one except for paypal will have your info.
Donations will be put together to pay the following things:
Helping avoid an eviction of their family
Payment for cable/phone bill
Payment for propane bill
Payment for electric bill when it comes again
Wal Mart gift cards for groceries
Shell gas cards to help pay for gas
Clothing for Jordan for the start of school in 2 weeks
If you would like to donate a gift card or clothing, please contact Cheryl (annchsc04@yahoo.com ) for an address to send to.
There is no obligation to donate. Every little bit helps, even prayers. We’re not just a fan base. We’re a family.
